Media Mash and all it’s subsidiaries warrants that services will be provided in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.


Customers must notify Media Mash by the manner of support ticket at of any service deficiencies within thirty (30) days from the performance of the defective services.


Media Mash DOES NOT guarantee that the software or system will perform error-free or uninterrupted or that Media Mash will correct all software errors.


For any breach of the above warranties, the customer’s exclusive remedy and Media Mash’s liability shall be:


The correction of software errors that cause a breach of the warranty; or, if Media Mash cannot substantially correct such breach in a commercially reasonable manner, the customer may end the services period and recover a prorated portion of any purchase funds paid to Media Mash.
